If you are attempting to sign-in for the first time on a school-issued laptop, there are a few steps you need to take.

  1. Find a working network patch cable. (They are usually green).
  2. Plug one end into your laptop and the other in to one of the green network jacks found in many of our classrooms.  You may temporarily borrow a network connection from an existing computer.
  3. After waiting about 30 seconds, attempt your sign-in.
  4. At this point it should be successful and you may be prompted to change your password if you haven't done so already.
  5. Once you are booted to the desktop, shutdown your laptops.
  6. Unplug the network cable
  7. Turn on the laptop again, and it should allow you to login the next time and automatically connect you to our TCSD Aruba WiFi wireless network.
